"We love eating here but today the cashier name Cheryl was rushing us to leave. She came to our table and asked us if we needed to go place for our food. Then asked us if we need to go cups so we could take our drinks. I get it, maybe it's been a long day for her. We paid a pretty penny for our food, we should at least have time to eat and enjoy it. The manager has never done this to us, and we've had numerous birthday parties here but not tonight. We felt unwelcomed."
"This service here at this place is horrible. We placed our order and waited almost an hour and no food. Mind you there were only 3 small families including ours. Went to the manager and everyone was pointing fingers and blaming each other. I asked him if there was anything he can do for me and he said he could give me a refund but I wouldn’t get my food. So take it or leave it. We were hungry so I asked him for our food. When it came out, it was the wrong pizza. This manager was a Caucasian older man. Rude plain and simple. It so happened that when we were arguing with him about our wait and how the food was wrong, a new manager came in and the cashier asked us if we wanted to talk to him instead. We said yes. We explained the situation to the new manager a younger Hispanic male, and he immediately said no problem. He refunded our money and also brought out our food. Now this is customer service. I really appreciate this new manager and the time he took to understand us and fix our situation. Not like the other manager that did’t care. I don’t think I would ever come back to this place. Mind you that this was our first time here and we were looking at it to have our daughter’s birthday celebration here. I guess we’re just going to go somewhere else and celebrate. Johns incredible Pizza, here we come."

"Came to check out Shakey's $13.99 11am-2pm everyday all you can eat offer. I did this probably 10 years ago at a different branch & didn't like it. I am glad I listened to the reviews here. Food is good, atmosphere superb, the place is clean and the cashier today, 10/29/22 at 11:34am has a very positive friendly customer-oriented attitude with a smile on his face. The restroom is clean! There is a mini arcade which keeps the kids entertained. Keep up the good job! P.S. They have good tasting roasted chicken for those want fried chicken"
