"Ordering by app is very convenient. But their tracking status is misleading. Each time I arrived after the app indicated my order was ready, I still had to wait at this Walteria location. Today, I made sure to leave home several minutes after the app said my order was ready for pickup. This time, when I arrived I was told the delivery driver took my pizza. So I had to wait another 10 minutes for a new and burnt pizza. Go Elsewhere!"
"Worst service ever. I picked up my pizza and garlic twist on time per App. Got home 5 minutes later and garlic bread hard. I called and went back to get fresh one. The manager Mark said it was my fault because he saw it sit on heater for 45 min. I told him I already went home and came back and it hasn't even been 45 min since original order. He just wanted to explain himself and show his power. He should be saying sorry instead of acting like my fault. I told him kiss my rear and I'm never coming back. Manager Mark wouldn't give last name and doesn't have name tag so who knows. This place used to be way better. Mark isn't management material for sure. Evening shift manager needed"
