"I hated my experience living at Bishop's Court, and could not have been happier to finally move out. First, I got told when I moved in initially that I still owed over half of my deposit, and Michelle was insistent that I was wrong until I proved otherwise (I had paid the full deposit PRIOR to move in). I was also promised a different apartment layout than the one I was given (Michelle told me I would be in the two bed dual module, but then ended up being placed in the regular 2 bed on move-in day; she said that I misheard her on the phone, but given her track record, I know that she misspoke when she was explaining the available layouts to me. I remember her specifically highlighting that the dual module had more of a "homey" feel because of the layout, which is why she recommended it to me). They also lost one of my rent checks and said I never gave them one... but I managed to pay the w/s/t bill and yet, I was missing the check that I wrote for rent in my checkbook. On another occasion, Michelle AGAIN argued with me because she said I still owed money on my account due to a misallocation of the payments I made on their part, but she didn't know how to do simple math after trying to explain to her multiple times what was wrong; I spoke to someone else in the office and they understood right away and my issue was fixed. On top of all the management issues, there is dog waste EVERYWHERE. My boyfriend and myself stepped in it countless times taking my dog out to go to the bathroom (especially at night). Between my boyfriend and I, we called the office on three different occasions to complain. They said they would hang signs, possibly add more bag/trash stations, talk to management and come up with a solution... and none of that ever happened. In fact, they asked me if I knew which owner it was and to tell them the apartment number so that they could call them? Although I saw some people step out directly from their apartment, I'm not going to follow random people and their dogs back to their home to find out who the culprit is; that is not my job! Finally, the insulation in the apartments is awful. I would run my AC day and night, kept the windows closed all day, had blackout curtains, and my apartment was still 84+ degrees during the hottest hours in the summer. The only plus at this complex was maintenance, and specifically Ricky. He always got everything done fast, listened to my concerns, and was extremely friendly. Unfortunately, Bishop's Court was an overall awful experience."

"The Bishop's Court Apartments Manager; Sabrina, is one of the best property managers I've ever had. She is always friendly, always responsive to any concern or issue, and she takes great pride in caring for the property, very nice & helpful. The property itself and my apartment are well maintained. The grounds, pool, Gym, & other common areas are well maintained, and although I've only had a few maintenance issue since I've lived here they are handled promptly & correctly with no mess left behind. Other tenants all agree we are very lucky to have such attentive management here! All of my neighbors are genuinely nice people. No rowdy or loud people, just decent, good people all around. I feel that I am fortunate & extremely grateful to be living here!.."
