Our state-of-the-art studio features the GYROTONIC® Pulley Tower Combination Unit, which provides smooth, even support and resistance through a unique weighted pulley system. This highly adjustable equipment can be tailored to accommodate individual proportions and movement capabilities, supporting a full range of motion and functional, three-dimensional movement.
In addition to our Gyrotonic offerings, we provide Gyrokinesis® classes, both online and in-studio. This method emphasizes opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, and enhancing range of motion through rhythmic, flowing movements without the use of equipment.
