"This review is loooong over due!!! My husband took charge of looking for a new place for us to move. I sent him to check out these apartments, the girl that works in the office not sure if she is the property manager let us view a 2 bedroom apartment. Unfortunately she wasn’t available to show us the apt so she left it open for us to see it. Oh man I wish I had met her. So we tried turning on the lights and I guess there was no power. As soon as I turn on the flash light on my phone. THE LIVING ROOM WAS INFESTED WITH ROACHES. I have a fobia against roaches and I ran out of that place. My husband notified the lady at the office/ property manager about it and she forgot to share that little info that they have had issues with that and plan to bomb the place. When they do that that means it’s a really bad issue. BUT SOMETHING I WOULD LIKE TO SHARE IS THAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER HIT ON MY HUSBAND. SHE WOULD CALL AND TEXT HIM ON HIS PERSONAL PHONE. MY HUSBAND EVEN TOLD ME, THAT SHE TOLD HIM, “THAT HE SHOULD LEAVE ME AND SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF HIM” LET ME TELL YOU SHE IS VERY VERY LUCKY I DIDNT PAY HER A VISIT!!!!!"

"Do not rent at these apartments! They do not accommodate your requests when they are requested and they seem to be focusing more on towing your cars, then helping fixing any other request that you have! We just came over to visit my father in law and the property manager called the towing truck to tow our truck while we were parked in their personal parking spot! The property manager states that there are no visitors allowed whatsoever! So please tell me if this rule makes sense to anyone you’re spending more that 2,000 every month to not be able to have any sort of access to your personal parking spot for any other additional car or for a guest! Really ridiculous. We rent at Pinewood apartments in Tustin. We have an open parking spot and an additional personal parking spot. We’re allowed to park any guest in our personal parking spot or any additional car, the open parking spot has to be the car registered to the sticker that they provide and you do not get charge for the second parking, on top of that we’re allowed to have guest park in any open parking spot until a certain time usually by 8 PM you’re not allowed to park in an open parking spot if you’re a guest and that seems only fair, knowing how much of Rent tenant’s are paying a month."

"Worst place to live at, nothing ever gets done, apartments are always dirty , pool and gym are never open , whenever they replace anything in the apartment , it comes from another apartment , take months to fix anything. And there is no security , they have a number but they never show up ."

"This place is pretty good. It’s mostly quiet except the kids playing outside. You can tell the maintenance is low effort and they spend the least they possibly can on all of their upkeep. The manager acts friendly to get you in and then never puts in any effort again. Don’t believe half the stuff she says she’ll do. They also like to delete reviews- this one was removed from apartments . com. Also parking more than one car is incredibly difficult. Expect to have guests park their car more than a mile away. Other than that it’s totally fine. Repair requests are responded to quickly."
