"Driver's are nice but they can't stay on schedule to save their lives doesn't matter if it's the weekend or a weekday morning you will not get picked up when the schedule says you should."

"awful. just awful. use them cause Dublin high can’t get a a bus of their own and my parent actually work. extremely rude staff, clueless buss driver. come late and never have the right head sign. SO OVERCROWDED. they would need at least 10 buses to let everyone fit comfortably, especially with 501 buses. people push and stumble every 5 minutes. honestly just ridiculous. there is one staff member with a short red bob who waits in the front, just to scream at kids who are already condensed like a sandwich. shes probably the most rude staff member. the fee is blasphemous as well. 2 dollars to feel like a war veterans."

"Honestly deserves zero stars. Wheels bus services are provided for my high school and it’s so full that people can’t stand properly and fall over one another. The staff members are so rude and disrespectful, they push all the students backwards to make more room for more people. Everyone has to struggle getting on any 501 A bus because most people have a stop that is on this route. They fit about 80 people on one bus even if it is so UNCOMFORTABLE AND OVERCROWDED."

"Wheels bus service is great ! I stay pretty much right across from the bus terminal at East Dublin Pleasanton BART Station on DeMarcus Blvd. The drivers are always I mean always nice very patient I ride all the buses because I don’t drive , they talk to you like they know you one driver I don’t even know her name I called her sister because she’s so friendly she talks about her grown kids she have a son and grandson that’s out this state and she talks about visiting him and her grandson we talk about shopping where the good deals at Walmart down the street Clarence items in every store sometime I have my cart when I’m going to Costco Walmart target and they have a lot of patience The only thing is a couple of weeks ago this has nothing to do with the wheels drivers but a customer was bullying a passenger by talking very loud to her wish I could see it was scary to her she had a small dog the driver said do you have your card for the dog the bully on the bus said you can’t bring the dog on the bus instead of him letting you drive or handle the situation he got louder and louder this was on a 10R I asked her do you need help she didn’t understand what I was saying at first but she finally said no I told the lady driver he has no business talking to her like that it’s not even his business , the lady driver which I think was Afraid, so said I can’t be fighting with nobody on the bus I said you don’t have to you need to call someone she finally did get on the speaker and call someone she stopped the bus right across from Walmart I don’t know how things ended because I had to get off I was going shopping at Walmart and needed to go to work later I hope everything turned out all right and that angry passenger was put in his place because he knew that he was frightening the passenger with the little dog none of this was his business and the driver should’ve just shut him down from the beginning and I think that everything Would have ended if she would have just shut him down and just deal with the old lady with the dog herself, I work in Oakland and the drivers are angry , AC Transit is completely different the customer service is completely different the buses are nasty all the time no social distancing no cleaning at the end of the trip no disinfectant spray like the wheel Bus Drivers , feel pretty safe on the wheel bus and I don’t feel like I’m gonna get some thing after sitting on the seat because they spray when they reach to the BART station and the terminals ,, i’ve lived in Dublin for seven years and some months And except for that one incident it’s always a pleasure to ride this bus system and so convenient ......"
