"My heavy duty box truck was broke down on CA 84 highway at the midnight before the Thanksgiving day. I called lot of towing companies, but no one had the heavy duty towing service available on that night. I also called Metro Towing, but unfortunately, they also did not have the heavy towing vehicle at that time. And I had to slept on the truck overnight. On the next day morning, I tried to look for other towing companies, but still no luck. All of them just replied there would be no heavy duty service during the holidays and I need to wait till next week. I had to leave my truck on the highway emergency lane and took the Uber back home. When I back to home, I tried to give a call for Metro Towing one more time and this time they said they could help me to tow the truck because their heavy duty tow just came back. Thanks to Metro Towing, my truck did not need to stay on the highway over the weekends. Appreciate for their service."
