"I was literally just asking for a question, and there is a guys who is packing for the stuff. The two lady are nice to reply, and the guy are so rude. “ he say why should we know, how I know things like that” will never come back to this store just because of him!"
"Perhaps this is a one-off but I came here because USPS computer was down and their services are very limited. Sent a small u-haul box 13x13x16” and the receipt showed “weight” and “billable weight” (based on dimensions) I was charged the higher rate for reasons never explained even though the actual weight was about 25% less. It felt dishonest. Beware this little trick of the trade."
"Terrible experience, wouldn’t accept a boxed return because the box was white, cost me multiple phone calls and trips to the store and wasted at least an hour of my time. They tried to upsell me a box for my boxed item at an astronomical cost. Amazon said the store was not correct and they needed to take the return, store associate told me I wouldn’t get my money back and it wasn’t their problem. Just terrible!"
"I would like to give 10 for very perfect situation. But otherwise UPS Store on Stanley Blvd is pretty fast and very helpful staff. Ample amount of parking and they do their work perfectly.
