"Apparently they open the store anytime they feel like it... Store hours are posted on the door and google and they match. I came 10 min after opening hours and it was still closed, waited almost 10 min and still no one showed up. What a waste of time...."

"Shady UPS store. Went to return some equipment back to my company. They DONT scan bar codes for shipments back and I needed to print out the piece of paper with the bar code. Ok fine, its just a buck or 2 right? I tried their apple air print service, to which he made a comment, "I wish androids work right". The disrespect, I paid for that phone with my own money and I don't need your little weak underhanded comment. You obviously don't know anything about how to setup a proper network or even the fact that apple and android thrive on making things difficult for each other. Since that "$2" dollar service didn't work, I then had to email it to the store owner. I did and then the price jumped up to "$4". FOR ONE PIECE OF PAPER, that isn't right, I let him know to which he replied, "You can go somewhere else". I will go to other UPS stores for my shipping needs rather than tolerate disrespect from this location. It was never about the money."
"The BEST UPS Store in the Tri-Valley! These guys have customer service down to a perfect science. They make you feel very comfortable as soon as you walk in the doors. It is a very calm and relaxing environment, I don't feel rushed, nor pressured to have everything ready. They are very knowledgeable and willing to help with any issue."
"Great friendly service! I have been using this UPS location for many years and the new owner is wonderful. I have done returns, mailed packages and recently got my new passport photo. I had been avoiding this location for some time as prior owner was not very friendly so if you haven’t been here in a while I would highly recommend!"
