"Staff are great in here but property management ( KIM )very unprofessional and they charged me rental ins when I had my AAA (Thieves). Not a safe place to live at all. No security at all, car get vandalized, scratched and dented here. They will not work with you or help you. I do not recommend this place at all..Look elsewhere to rent... I do agree with "Berenice Esparza" I pay my rental ins yearly, and had presented to the office, but this new company still charged me over $100....btw you guys are not sorry, it is just an act on web .... How can one security guard cover four property??? two hours each property, sometime two property four hours only... I request maintenance to fix the light in my unite, four days has been pass no1 has contact me. New staff are so "Rude, and very disrespectful". Only if the owner ( Carol ) knew how con-am staff are taking care of property and the tenant."

"Brentwood apartments are not doing their job properly two months ago. I had my vehicle stolen off of their property and they told me to file a police report and that their security can do nothing about it and plus they do not have cameras where you and your family could feel protected. They only advertise images, but living in Brentwood Village Apartments. It’s like living to survive. And being fearful for your child safty …. I have made sooo many reports with theme and they did not tend to care so I will be taking actions on my hand or get the Apartment to have security cameras in the parking lot of each resident or if u don’t feel safe with my child I will not being paying rent and at the end of reading this what brantwood does is this …. "I've been a tenant here for a little over 4 years now. Since January of this year, we have been getting insurance fees applied to our rent every month. So every month, I would call and they would get waived as I have my own insurance that I've emailed to them multiple times. However, this month when I called, Meredith (manager) did not want to waive them as she said that she had no access to do so and that I should have emailed the proof to a specific email for the fees to not get added on to my rent. I talk to her every single month and this is the first time she tells me this. If she or anyone else in the office knew that I had to do that this whole time then why wouldn't anyone make me aware of it? Now I'm stuck having to pay 3 months worth of insurance fees because the office staff could not do their job. I don't recommend these apartments. On top of how expensive they've become. Horrible service after being a compliant tenant for the past 4 years."
