"I HEARD THE MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE"
"Office and staff are very uneducated, this place is for people over 55 years old, when i called to come to office Milanda (manager) didn't tell me about age and didn't ask my age. So dumb"
"if I could give this place zero stars I would. New management terrible. resident manager and property manager are worthless they have been here for about two years and they pick and choose what rules they want to follow and who they want to follow them with. if you have an issue or a problem to be addressed resident manager blames it on the property manager and property manager doesn’t bring any results either. There is no chain of command and they refused to give you the owners number so that you could make a valid complaint . The property manager uses his time in the service to explain away and ramble on about things that are of no importance with zero liability and is an insult to my army veteran husband. They take zero accountability for real issues and concerns that tenants bring to their attention."
