Hampton Inn Turlock

"I arrived at Hampton Inn after an 8 Hour Dr. from Las Vegas. As I approach the front desk, I noticed two Female employees having a gossip filled conversation. With only us three standing at the front of the reception desk, I figured at least one of them would greet me. Neither one of them said hello, Hi, good evening or how are you?. After finishing their nearly 1 minute conversation with me standing at the desk, one of the women reaches over to me to take my ID and credit card. I decided That we were off to a bad start, and I should take my business elsewhere. All of the female employees have very bad customer service skills, and I do not recommend they continue to work with the public until they receive the proper training."

"A very nice clean hotel. Hampton Inn is my favorite in the chain. I have always enjoyed the free breakfast. The people have always taken care of me to make sure that I have the room type and location that I need."

"This place offered us a safe, clean and comfortable place to stay after a family function. We were tired and wanted hot showers and good night sleep and our previous hotel we booked was not clean and we had to quickly pivot and find a different hotel. The moment I walked in, Matt at the front desk was courteous and friendly and reassured me they had a room for my family and I which immediately put me at ease. It was late and I appreciated how efficient the check in process was as well as.a safe well lit parking lot. The room was comfortable, clean and we had everything we needed for a restful night and hot breakfast in the morning. Angie was taking care of the breakfast area and was so thoughtful and kind as she helped other guests navigate the breakfast offerings. Special thanks to Angie and Trina who went above and beyond when they found out i had 2nd degree burns on my hand from touching a hot curling iron and took time to ask questions and then provide the correct first aid. Thanks to them, the pain was brief and my hand will heal much faster, which I'm very grateful. I'll definitely book another stay and I'm planning to join the rewards membership and will gladly refer family and friends to book."
