"I have always had an amazing experience at Les Schwab. I came for new tires. Was quoted 1 hour to 1.5 hours in and out. So I decided to stay here. Instead it took over 3.5 hours. They were busy, but I saw people come without appointments and they were served before me. Heck they helped someone with a flat tire and replaced it for him. He came in an hour after me. If you’re going to do that. The professional way should have been to come to your customer and apologize for any delays or reasons you might skip them. Very disappointing experience when I took time from my day which is money lost. To wait extremely long when quote was just over an hour."

"Literally the best people work here, I come here all the time and they give me the best prices and treat me like family, I came in and feeling stupid for not knowing much they explained everything perfectly for me to understand plus they go above and beyond when they find something wrong they fix it. I just witnessed one of the best things ever as I'm watching the mechanic fix my car an elderly man came into their workshop and I don't know what he wants I'm inside watching but the mechanic working on my car stops and helps him out and he leaves one minute later the elderly man pulls his car up and the mechanic helps him fill his tire up with air because it was low and he couldn't do it himself such wonderful people here."
