"Only visited, but it's a gorgeous facility, and it has a pool with a jacuzzi!"
"I lived here for nearly 3 years, in a 2B and 1B and I have to say the management team is great and the maintenance has been reliable and responsive. The main issues really surfaced over 2021-2022, when I moved into a 1 B/B. Please check your 1B water pressure as I have had continuous issues with sediment (sand) in my water, which requires the filters to be changed on a regular basis, with build up in the sinks and bathroom. The appliances (no fridge or microwave) are outdated and carpet is still in the common areas. The main issue has been the rise in crime on the property and I experienced it personally and witnessed it recently to another tenant. I would caution anyone moving here as they have no security and it is an open property so anyone can walk in. If you are comfortable with those issues, this complex would be a good choice."
"Nice spacious apartments with awesome staff! Water stream along apartments is peaceful. The grounds are kept clean by staff. Valentin, Jorge, and Kimberly always take care of what we need fixed!"
"New management is great. They have an electronic maintenence request system and respond same day or next business day to any maintenence request. Very friendly staff."
"Worst apartments do not move in ! The rent is way too high and are cheap everything breaks and the staff are snotty and rude and they snitch on you for stupid things . Your not even aloud to have stuff on your porch they told us we can have our window fans in OUR bedroom or they'll fine 500$"
