"My mom and I just finished our first year living here and we haven't had any problems. The office staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew is kind and always on top of things. I filled out a maintenance request one night because the lock on my door knob would jam when I would insert the key, and they came the next day to fix it. The pool is always clean, and the hot tub is great. Great wildlife lives here too. Ducks swim in the lakes, and sometimes we get Canada Geese and even Great Egrets. Lots of hummingbirds as well. There was a turtle too, but she unfortunately passed away. She did leave behind a young turtle though. The apartment life coordinators are also very cool people. Rand and Annika go above and beyond every time there's an event. We've never had any pests, aside from mosquitos in the summer but that's inevitable. I don't think I've ever seen a roach here. I just wish there was a gym here. And some recycling bins. Half of my trash is recyclable, but it all goes to the trash bin. I'm a big supporter of nature and wildlife, and I feel bad having to throw away my recyclables. But overall, this place is awesome."

"I have lived at Lake Dianne for 14 months & just recently renewed my lease. I absolutely love living here. Management is friendly and professional. The Maintenance team is great! The community is well maintained. I have the atrium (1 bedroom) layout. The apartment is 733 sqft. With the added space of the atrium, it feels like you have 2 living spaces which is a huge bonus + it is extremely private. There are always ducks in the lake and squirrels running around which I love. The only Con for me is the lack of available guest parking."
