"My wife our baby and I just moved in from Europe and we are really happy here. It hasn’t been easy for us these first days but every single person from Oak and Iron Staff have been really helpful for us. Starting from like office manager, office assistant, maintenance team and so on. And you can find nice neighbors all around here too. They have also been very nice to us since we arrived. Great location, very close to Walnut Creek downtown, very clean, big and renovated apartment, new equipment and great atmosphere all over the place. Amenities are on point too so we definitely recommend this Location if u are thinking about moving to Walnut Creek"

"I just moved into an apartment at Oak and Iron’s Lincoln Ave location and it was SUCH an easy and seamless experience!! I was definitely a stress fest during the entire application and move in process but Dayna was extremely responsive to all my emails and helped keep my anxiety down. My apartment is perfect and whatever little things I needed fixed before my move in date were done promptly. Overall such an incredible experience and I’m so excited to live here!!"

"Hands down best place to live in Walnut Creek. Oak and Iron has beautifully renovated rentals that tuck you away into peace and safety. Dayna & John in the leasing office go above and beyond their hours to assist with all life events. My fur baby escaped 2nd day after move in and was found and returned by friendly neighbors who enjoyed being treated by her spunk. Joe, who is present most days overseeing maintenance is always super helpful. Who needs fancy state of the art entertainment when you have the trail in your back yard and downtown Walnut Creek at your doorsteps. So happy to be part of the Oak and Iron Community."

"I am a first responder in Contra Costa County, and when I was looking for an apartment my first concern was safety. Oak and Iron Apartments is located on a quiet Lane, with plenty of old growth trees to block out noise from downtown, which is within walking distance. The apartments are older, but affordable, with many recently renovated. They allow pets and children which makes it a pleasant atmosphere. The pool, the gym and the property are maintained year round and the maintenance team is available 24 hours a day, usually responding within an hour. A storage cabinet comes with each apartment along with many covered assigned parking spaces. The laundry facilities are open 24 hours a day. I recommend Oak and Iron to friends and co-workers who are looking for a positive experience living in the downtown Walnut Creek area."
