"Eduardo did me a HUGE favor while I was traveling overseas for work. I had a bunch of stuff come in and he made a point to grab some of my packages so they’d be safe while I was out. I’ve also gotten really great customer service from Kara Smith-Williams when I had questions about my lease and possibly relocating within the community. Been here over a year and am quite happy with my unit."

"Jose from maintenance is amazing. The poor guy is the only person on staff currently handling all the different maintenance requests at the complex. He came to our apartment because we had a number of different items that needed to be fixed. It did take a while to get Jose over, but once we spoke with him we realized it is because he is the only person doing maintenance for the building. He quickly fixed everything and was very professional. I think Avalon should hire more folks for the maintenance team. They used to have multiple people, but guessing they are trying to cost save."

"I love this apartment complex! The staff is wonderful, they organize contests and give gifts during the holidays, creating a very warm and friendly atmosphere! The leasing office has fantastic employees; Ed Guzman and Carolyn helped us with our issue. We reached out to them for assistance as soon as we encountered a problem. You've been very helpful! "I have been living here for 2 years, and we more than loved this complex. It’s super clean, well-maintained, staff is friendly and responsive, the maintenance team is amazing and it took less than one day to address any issues we had. The appliances are expensive and great quality. We’ve never had any issues with dishwasher or Washer/drier. Pools were clean and clubhouses are modern and nice. It was super convenient to live 1 minute walk from BART station, and commute was good in general. It was so sad to move out, staff there is really careful, they always organized some free Starbucks breakfasts or free drinks if they tested fire alarm. The rooftop is great and we loved watching sunsets from there. The apartment itself is big and layout is convenient. We had a lot of storages there. Thank you Avalon for having me!"
