"The old lady with white hair at the front desk is so rude and dismissive. I just moved back from out of state to help take care of my grandmother. She has been experiencing seizures and was recently hospitalized due to a major fall. As a result she has been living with increased confusion and brain fog. I'm unfamiliar with the county services as I have been away from home for almost a decade so naturally I have a lot of questions to make sure things are getting done right so my grandma can keep the aid she is receiving. I know that the case worker is pretty busy, she barely has time to reply to my emails. So my next step is to talk to someone in reception because it is literally their job to help. But no, the old lady with white hair at the front desk will literally tell you to leave and contact your case worker with any questions. She needs to either retire from working or retire her rotten attitude. Don't work for a low income service organization if you don't want to help the people that need to be served."

"I've seen a lot of mixed reviews. I have been dealing with CDC for quite some time now and am very happy with them. I really think they do the best with what they have. All of the employees that I have worked with have been very helpful to me and kind as well. It is scary how many people are homeless or becoming homeless now. This place can help if you need or direct you in the right direction. You just need to have patience and make sure all the paperwork is turned in on time or call and ask for an extension. They will help you if you ask them. Hope this helps someone. Good luck"

"I am renting an apartment that they own and manage and I have/am going through problems with the apartment since the day I moved into the apartment complex (March 8th 2021) The Mantance guys don't know how to do anything and the lady who oversees the apartment complex I rent (Micheal Fox) is a definite joke and does not know how to do anything that with job in overlooking an apartment complex. Leaks in the bathroom and when it rains the roof leaks and my apartment gets quite damp throughout. 140 Zinfandel Drive"

"Had recent dealings with this agency and they presented as friendly and helpfull. Surprised by negative reviews. As a retired San Francisco Civil Servant I have no dog in this fight but we all have had bad days."

"I just went in there to get some info for a family member and the dark haired, middle aged women was so incredibly rude. It seemed like she hated her job and felt bitter towards everyone who walked in. I hope they can find someone in the future who loves people and is there because they care."
