Motel 6 Ukiah, CA - North

"Decient rooms, but no matter how much you spend the hotel staff will treat you like a squatter who needs to be thrown out and have the cops called, and not in that order. If your employess cannot handle conflict or at least not bringing their own emotions to the job site, Well then i would have given better review. After spending 2,000 dollars on room and board and too find out the last minute that i could have used that money on thier monthly rates in the other building. Rude way to take my money and never be offered anything else. Waking up forgetting what day it is, answering the door to a man in plain clothes without any sign he is an employee. Having him say they were tired of having to deal with us and it was becoming a burden. I said burden how? Maybe if you have phones in all rooms maybe you could call me next time, since you tell us to pay and then we pay? Our responsibility to pay or their responsibility to let us know it was time to pay or leave.. Instead of fixing problem he calls cops. Didn't ask us to leave, didn't try to work anything out Or get a manager. Now I have stay away orders from both ukiah locations? How many times have I heard people in distress being removed from this establishment in similar situations as like they were trash. Now facing being homeless the rest of month because this guy wants to ban me from the location I would have been able to afford. He doesn't even work there, he has no right when he has been only person having a problem. Ignorant . I'm not letting this go."

"Very disappointing. Someone had told me it was newly remodeled. It needs to be torn down. Signs of rot and brokenness were everywhere. Broken bathroom sink, poor handyman work on everything like caulking to patches holes in the wall. It must have been a nice place, from the wooden statuary there, but it needs to be torn down."

"The room was large and had tile flooring. The young woman at the desk was helpful and pleasant. I like that my dog can stay for free which is a big plus for me. The parking lot was nearly empty so it was pretty quiet. However this is a motel that needs some work and more attention by the housekeepers for maintenance. A light was either not working or burned out, the bathroom door did not close all the way, shower curtain was moldy and had a large black splotch on it which I'm hoping was mold and not something else, ants on the fridge, the heat/ac unit was noisy and leaked water onto the floor, it had 2 beds and a small table but only one chair, the TV had several channels but could not list what shows were on a channel just "information not available" so you have to scroll to each channel, click to "open" and if it's not something you want to watch you have to back out and go to the next one and try again, beds were not that comfortable, pillows were quite thin, the table between the 2 beds was missing part of a leg at the front corner and tilted about 2+ inches if anything was put on that side (like my open water bottle). There is no continental breakfast which I expected and there is no blow dryer which I didn't find out about till I checked in. If you stay there and its raining you'll want to put a towel on the floor to try to and keep the water to a minimum as you go in & out. The tile floor becomes slippery with all the water tracked in. Every time you go in or out If you don't lock the door with the dead bolt it will beep repeatedly until you do. While this is not the worst Motel 6 I've stayed in it seems to be the standard rather than the exception. I have stayed in some pretty decent Motel 6s, this was not one of them."

"I booked this room online for my son and grandsons . It had a low rating of 5.4 but it looked clean and nice in the pictures. My son called me to say that there were holes in the bathroom wall, blood on the wall in the main room. I got them the room with 3 beds because they are all tall.. My son stated that the parking lot was riddled with homeless and tweakers. The deadbolt on the door was inoperable. The pictures on the website are deceiving. Don't stay at this establishment. My son had stayed at the motel 6 south in Ukiah before and said it was nice. Motel 6 North needs better management and it should do something to provide a safer, cleaner experience for it's guests. I wish I had bought the cancellation insurance I would have cancelled and booked them elsewhere. TRAVELER BEWARE!!! STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK..."

"I stayed at this place for over a month long and was always met with respect and courtesy. The front desk representative Anna is a treasure to deal with. Any room changes were handled with care and she always made sure to get me a discount if one was available. Any concerns or questions I had she was knowledgeable and handled herself in a compassionate manner at all times. In a huge time of need for my family I was able to feel good about providing a roof over my children's head. Thank you Anna and Motel 6 North staff."
