"Although the room was older, surfaces were clean. There was writing on walls. Some had been painted over. I requested a non smoking room, but there was a very strong smoke smell. I think it just permeates the walls, mattress, and the filthy curtains. I would have asked for a different room, but figured they’re all the same. I won’t be back."

"I rented a room for a few weeks due to my apartment rental being delayed. Even though there may be a few less than perfect reviews, my experience so far has been wonderful. The room was clean, the bed is comfortable, the pool is refreshing on these hot Ukiah days and even on weekend nights it has been quiet and peaceful. The lady at the front desk, Genie, and the owners have been friendly and helpful."
