In 1999, thanks to the generous contributions of the Marina Foundation, the Board of Supervisors, and the County of Los Angeles Public Library, we proudly expanded our facility to include the William R. Pagen Nautical Wing and the Greg and Mimi Wenger Community Room. Our library was renamed in honor of Lloyd Taber, a key benefactor whose support was instrumental in our development. Situated in the heart of a vibrant small craft harbor, the Lloyd Taber-Marina del Rey Library offers an extensive Nautical Collection, tailored to the interests and informational needs of boating enthusiasts and the local community.
