"I made an online order today. Not too long afterwards the owner called me and apologized for the item being out of stock and very kindly offered a few alternatives. She also let me know some new products were coming soon to the website in case I might want to check them out. Afterwards she very swiftly processed a refund. The entire interaction was superb! I could tell she really cared about her customers and takes pride in her business."

"The store has a lot of products that are really good however It was not a pleasant experience and honestly her the owners controlling demeanor I almost walk out! I got up early and said let me go buy some oils I’m far from Texas so let me support a black business I had planned on spending $300 as my sister and employee wanted oils they said get me whatever you get which they each sent the money. The mere fact she had to do it her way and put drops of oil all up my arm I could not tell one smell from the other so, I bought what I had before. She was so controlling it was uncomfortable. You get more bee’s with honey! Will I go back no but I wish her well and her lovely store her personality takes away from the beautiful store!"

"Decent service but it felt like the own think a black guy is going to steal here items. Over priced only got shower curtain, two rolls of tissue paper, bottle soap, and two little baskets $95. Not sure if I’ll be back but they have to better at not robing our own people. Not offending your but if you wish to embellish your store items then do so just don’t facetious. It’s not made in Kenya honey."
