Han does my manicures and she is meticulous and detailed. She always does a wonderful job on my designs. Tiffany does my more than perfect pedicures and she’s simply the best."
"Less then 24 hours my nail came out while I was taking off my car key. I called to get appointment to fix my nail the person on the phone and person wasn’t helpful and kept telling me that they are fully booked today. I don’t know I felt wasted time about this business attitude"
"The staff is very nice (most of them) but the « manager » who is constantly on the phone (rushes you when on the phone and rushes you when you are in person), has a terrible demeanor . I had to wait multiple times on my scheduled appointment (sometimes more than 30 mnts) but the one time I had been delayed he had no one to assign to me. His attitude is deplorable. There are too many places to go to- avoid this place. Not worth the aggravation."
"The salon may be good, but the attitude is not attentive. I signed up for the day by 11 am. I waited 30 minutes and was advised to go to another salon. I needed to get 2 nails repaired! It is worth considering ...."
