The only thing positive I have experienced when dealing with Verizon, is the gentlemen named David in the Alpine store. All others are subpar and pathetic. Verizon, you should be ashamed. At least you have one employee that stands out above the rest. David is the only reason why this rating isn't negative to the infinity power."
"Best Verizon store I have ever been to. Gary was the one who helped me, and he was fantastic. There was another man working with him who was also very helpful as well. Gary was very knowledgeable, and very matter-of-fact about what I needed and what we could do to make it happen. I ended up purchasing the newest phone on the market, as well as a charger, cable, screen protector and case. It wasn't cheap, but his humor honestly made it a lot easier. I am appreciative and will return to this location."
"Had a great experience. Gary and Chris helped me out and answered all questions. Both were friendly and professional. The phone I wanted wasn’t in stock so Chris ordered it and the next day it arrived. Went in to set everything up and it probably took and hour or less. I’m happy with my purchase and the happy with the customer service."
