"I went to family auto this morning and had an oil change, brake replacement, and front rotor replacement. I got there 30 minutes before they opened and I'm glad I did, because people started lining up after me, and they had a consistent stream of customers while I was there. They seem very popular. Matt in the front office was very nice, and he explained what was going on with my car and what and why I needed things done. He worked with me on the price and I left extremely satisfied. The lobby was clean and the chairs comfortable. There are toys and books for if you need to bring your kids. There is also a customer bathroom. I would suggest bringing a sweater as the lobby was a bit chilly. I will definitely be returning here. They seem to be a well run operation."
