Meghan approached me and asked if I needed any help and proceeded to not only answer each and every single one of my questions, but was so incredibly kind in the process. By the time I left she felt like a really good friend. I came in the following day with more puzzled looks and was approached and assisted by Kris. Another ACE employee that made me feel more like a friend and not just an ignorant customer =) Thank you so very much for the above and beyond kindness from Meghan and Kris. "I feel like this place is SUPPOSED to have what I need, but it's always out of stock. No matter what it is. There's a spot on the shelf for it, but it hasn't been ordered. Whenever I question when the item will be back in stock, I'm told they can order it and have it on the next order. I don't understand why it wasn't ordered when it was sold out. Why does a customer have to request the shelves be restocked? I also feel like most of the employees are very young, have little to no home improvement experience, and should be employed somewhere they can actually be of some assistance. I shouldn't be the most knowledgeable person in the store... Trust me."
