"I've been shopping at this location for years every since Chris left the location and went to San Ysidro and Carlsbad I decided to follow him his energy and his team energy have Great Customer Service this location have been on the downfall I want to recognize 3 I mean 3 Great team players Viejas Polo Factory Mrs.Tina, Jessica G and the Male who have been there for 10 years plus I hate to say being in Management position myself this Location have Poor Management skills The Manager at the store is lack of knowledge I asked for certain items she stated we do not have that item anymore but I found numerous items that she told me wasn't available In retail we call that "LAZY" this have been on numerous occasions and in the past her Customer service was not the best some of my sailors had came back and shared with me poor service BRAVO ZULU to Carlsbad and San Ysidro Superb Management and Team Great Job on supporting The Sailors and Troops with positive attitude thanks again to Mrs. Tina and Jessica G and the 10 year plus male im assure you 3 would service the Sailors and Troops with Great Service"
"This place makes Viejas Outlet worth while for me. Seems there are less and less retailers every year. Polo has always been my go to. They have a 50% off the entire store that knocks my socks off everytime. I leave there saying, "Why, why do I continue to allow Macy's to do me so wrong?" It's almost like I forget about this secret gem of a store tucked away up here in alpine. In any case, I have nothing but wonderful things to say. It's a great little store which I will make more of an effort to give business to."
