"Jami was nice the entire time. We were both irritated at the pathetic doctor who wanted to cover his own behind and not sign off on my mother's death certificate. The process took weeks. Long weeks. But she explained everything and kept me informed, sometimes early mornings or late evenings. Thank you so much. I will be back for another Urn."
"Funeral director is a liar. Gave my sons ashes to someone without my permission and said she called me and she did not! Was not very empathetic at all!"
"My mom passed away and they were very kind and helpful with the process. My only issue is that we chose a scatter urn because they said all we had to do was press in the hole to break the seal and it was biodegradable so we could throw the urn into the water afterwards. But then without asking us, they put the ashes in a sealed plastic bag in the urn, completely negating the easy ability to distribute the ashes. We had to figure out how to open it, cut the bag, and get the urn together again, which was a horrible traumatic process. Plus, now we have to make an extra trip because I can't throw the bag in the ocean but I'm sure as hell not putting my mom in the trash. I understand the intent, but they didn't even ask us first to find out that the reason they didn it wasn't even an issue so they put us through this for no reason. I'm so so mad at them."
