"We've used Steve for multiple insurance purposes. Overall, he's a great guy, very professional, and does nice work. I do not recommend using Carol (his wife/associate) or the agency for health care insurance. She's not as knowledgeable or helpful and we had significant issues trying to get the proper coverage. In the end, we fixed everything, but the agency should have been an advocate for us, vs. us doing the legwork. Overall, good enough, not "best in class.""
