"My husband suffered a massive stroke in October. I was so glad that he has a critical illness policy in place so we can use the money for some of the medical bills and our daily expenses since he is not able to work. After submitting all the paperwork, called several times to follow up, finally submitted his complete medical record myself because they kept saying that they are waiting for one doctor that was a telemedicine doctor present at his hospital admission. I kept telling them that he might be completely at a different hospital in another city. Followed up today again over a month later after submitting the records and the claim is still not processed. The sad part is that I used to work for this company and sold many critical illness policies. Now, after this bad experience with my own claim I would not recommend to anyone to get any W & S policy. It had been very difficult time for my family and we are still waiting 3 months later."

They DIDN'T request ID nor proof of owning my Whole Life with dividends policy they just sent out my money in the mail to a unknown person and now I'm requesting payment and have jumped through hoops for them but they don't want to pay me...
