"I called to inquire about a business account I was asked had I already had an account with the company and I replied no, I was then given a list of documents that needed to be reviewed before I can go into the branch and open an account and I can understand the Id , social security card and EIN number but all other personal information given out was very skeptical and felt discriminated against because so many people are trying to get business accounts to open during this time but I would have preferred a written policy or document to back up a list of documents that’s needed to open the account"

"Well usually it's pretty good but considering I went there to get money and the ATM wasn't working and that's the only ATM that you can go to that's relatively close to my house without paying a fee to get my own money, and then they closed the building early for their convenience so I still couldn't get my money!!!!! I was pretty unhappy with the service I received from my Credit Union that day!!!!!! Ok to be perfectly honest, I was enraged that I made a special trip there and these things happened!!!!!! Bad business practices!!!!!!!!"
