"I walked in the bank inside kroger and first of I wasn’t greeted let alone even looked at or acknowledged but then to help the person behind me with a question he had to still not say anything to me..Finally someone else walked behind the desk and helped me immediately but he had to help with drive thru because the person that refused to greet or acknowledge me didn’t know what he was doing so he had to help me then and tried to act like he was polite the whole time this really pissed me off and will probably change banks because of it so you can thank Tim for that"

"Quick in and out depends on how busy they are. I go at different time I cannot pin point."

"Extremely slow if banking thru drive thru. Dont waste your time coming here not sure what joy they get out of ruining your day while being the bank that holds your money I would highly suggest banking else where completely."

"It’s next to impossible to speak to someone by telephone. Additionally, it’s a general number so you must go listen to several banking, location, hours of operation information and button choices before you push “3” to talk to someone. Then, there is a message saying the staff are too busy to talk to you."
