"They called me around 0930 and asked me to call back. I called back multiple times throughout the day with no answer. I finally get a hold of someone at 430pm. I said I'm returning a phone call and he says he is going to put me on hold and see why they called. I was on hold until 510pm when I hung up myself."

"I’ve been banking with them for over 10 years. I take the same checks there every Friday to get cashed. Never had a check bounce, go bad nothing. Today the guy would not cash my check because my id was 33 days expired. A few weeks ago they told me they couldn’t give me any cash back because of policy. Mind you these are the same checks I been cashing every week for a decade. This new staff has zero loyalty to their customers. I won’t be going back there EVER."

"After allowing local Hyde Park residents to park in the parking lot for 2 years, the Bank decide without notification to no longer allow parking. Without notification to residents, 14 cars were towed at midnight. The Bank continues to be a very lousy neighbor on many levels not just speaking of this instance. Several towed had accounts at US Bank. I would not do business with a Bank that treats its customers and local community this way. Very poorly managed"

"I just opened a checking account at this branch. Not even a full week there they have frozen my account saying I have to verify to them who I am. I opened the account with a check from my retirement company which also banks with them. Please don't waste your time opening a account with them. They have almost $3000 of my hard earned money frozen. And now I have to wait 2 business days for them to even look at the information I emailed."
