"There are ebbs & flows in this life where it can feel like no matter what you do, you’re unable to climb out of the abyss. Especially after the shutdown, where I found myself being laid off due to company struggles, making nearly six figures, then having to deliver groceries for instacart as a single father of two just to be able to afford clean water and food for my two children. This was especially stressful being a “clean”, parent and being meticulous about what my children and I consumed. I reached out to Liz after not being able to make rent and not only did she show me grace/understanding, but she also offered materials in which inevitably helped to get me and my family back onto our feet. We were months behind while we awaited assistance from JFS. Liz allowed me the grace and trust that my word was true. I’ve never experienced such great customer service/care in my life. They even offered to sponsor my family during Christmas which I had to turn down because I felt they were already doing so much to help us get back to baseline. "Amazing owner. Brett is caring, thoughtful and extremely attentive. We are first time home buyers and the process is more painful than balancing a beam in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, while you are on fire and a giant 1 ton truck is coming at you. But Bret and his amazing team at TREO were superb. They were able to put my needs first, listen to me, adapt and were responsive. Even though we are not ready to buy a home right now, when we are in the future, we are def going with Brett and his team.
