"I hired this company to replace a brand new lock on my childcare center and make a hard copy of the key for the lock. They sent out a technician in a timely manner. The technician “made a key” and put the locking mechanism on. The third time that the door was opened after the technician left the door handle fell off. The locking mechanism was non functional and the door would not latch. The key made also did not fit the door. I immediately called the company to express my concerns and was told that someone would contact me to fix it. We then received a text stating that they weren’t responsible for damage to “an old locking mechanism”. I ended up calling 5 times over the course of 6 days only to be told that they cannot do anything to resolve the issue."

"Complete rip off artists. Quoted $200-$280 on the phone assured us the highest price was $280. Then the tech finished and would not get out of my sons truck until he paid him $350 on his personal cash app for a non electronic key. If I had been home that man would have been escorted off my property by police. After I complained Jay the manager text me and offered a $120 reimbursement only if I took my review down or changed it..... Scammers and extortioners!!!!"

"Took over 2 hours to key the lock. Only to have the lock assembly fall apart when my girlfriend got home. Call the tech directly and he said he would be right out to fix it. He never showed and never called. Called him the next day but our schedules did not coincide so we made an appointment for noon the next day. Again he never showed up or called. Talked to the manager J who said it wasn't his company. Basically that he didn't care he was just an employee. Finally after almost 3 days of having to leave my car unlocked the tech came out and took another hour to fix it and did not say a word to me when I met him at the car. Very unprofessional and in my case incompetent........Edit: I wouldn't call 3 days with an unsecured car and numerous calls and no shows and inability to fix the car correctly the first time and lack of professionalism "perfectly""
