"UPDATE: the install supervisor DeAndre came by and promised to fix all of the issues mentioned above. He was kind, considerate, and professional. And he came back as promised and the work is MUCH better. Changing my one star to 5 stars System stopped working the day after it was installed. House was left a mess. They ran wires around the back of my house and it looks horrible. The wires in my basement are dangling from the ceiling on the ducts. My garage wall has a big un-caulked hole! They didn’t properly cap my oil tank for the old furnace, so it smells. Very dissatisfied. A service tech came out to see what the problem was and was VERY rude and unhelpful. Telling me it was up to me to cap the oil tank properly. Also I discovered their installers dumped heating oil in my sump pump, which now isn’t working properly."

"Recently replaced my old HVAC system with a new high efficiency Trane system from Logan Services. I bid the project out to 4 companies. Logan Services was just better than the rest. Our sales professional Tyler H. was extremely thorough. Walked us through every aspect of the project and provided us with the appropriately sized system at a price point that beat all the competitors. Pointed out a number of things to consider that the others never did. Felt totally comfortable that Tyler had our best interests at heart. Our installation team of Michael, Soon, Brad and Carter did a great job. They started off taking the first 30 minutes to explain to us how the installation was going to go and what was involved to make sure all our questions got answered before they started their work. Very professional team. Made sure all our carpets etc were covered to keep everything clean as they came in and out of the house. All went well and we are totally satisfied with our purchase. Once everything was installed they walked us through how to operate the system / thermostat. Glad we chose Logan, very happy with the whole process!"
