"My fiancées parents marker was knocked over in December. We have been trying to get it taken care of since February but were unsuccessful. We went to rose hill in person yesterday and spoke to a gentleman who relayed everything to Debbie, and it was fixed yesterday. She was very helpful and apologized for it taking so long, as she didn't know about it until yesterday. I also expressed concern about the grass on my grandparents grave because it was quite high. It was also taken care of when we went to visit today. I believe they have been short on staff but Debbie made sure it was taken care of and I truly believe she is doing her best to make sure things are taken care of."
"Aye, where to begin? First, on December 13, 2023 a funeral took place and the folks who did the burial knocked over my parents headstone. Here it is, April 30, 2024 and guess what is still laying on the ground. After several attempts through on site visits and phone calls, (also to Rose Hill) it is still being neglected. So, after admitting that they are the ones responsible for getting it taken care of and not doing it, I see no other choice than to take legal action. Update… The problem was resolved instantly. I could not be happier with them. I thank you all for fixing my parents headstone promptly!"
"My mommy and daddy recently passed away in February due to the carelessness of a 19 year old male under the influence. I remember the day my mom and me stopped by years and years ago to buy our family plots. I never thought we'd have to use them so soon. This place has many of my childhood friends and even family friends. Both my parents have their own family cemetery but my mom and I just loved this resting place. It's high on top of a hill overlooking the Ohio River, lots of upkeep, beautiful plots, ponds, deer, blackberries and such. The workers have been so generous in letting my brother and me visit and pile her plot high with flowers, wreaths, balloons etc. I wouldn't trade this resting place for any other around the area. Very lovely."
