He also ignores the fact that the home sits on two lots, only one of which is subject to foreclosure and the property cannot legally be transferred without resolving the encroachments and setbacks. I have rented a place and we agreed they will cover maintenance after im done fixing but they're trying to dis estimate the amount of money i paid and its all proved by receipts and invoices. very poor customer service they have. they gave me a hard time when i tried to get the place and would always be late in response. they made me lose a lot of money, and im going to have to take them to court."
