"Do not use this service. They say they can program a key fob and cut blade. Would not give quote on phone. I had the key from Amazon. When tech arrived(late) he said he would cut and program fob for $200. I told him I could have it done for $130 from Honda dealer. We agreed on &150. I told him before he started it had to work or no deal. He cut the key but could not program the fob. Then he said I had the wrong key but I know the one I ordered was for the year and make. When he couldn’t get it programmed he tried to upsale me for another $200 extra. I said no deal. You did not get it to work he still wanted the $150. We agreed on it had to work. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!"

"They wanted $250 to replace a deadbolt lock. I told him I could do $200 and he accepted. I should have said $125 and he probably would have taken it. Took him only 5 minutes or so. Deadbolts are $15 on amazon. Then when he finished he told me there's a 10% credit card fee. I LAUGHED! It was obviously a scheme to get me to pay more. I debated with him because credit card processors almost never charge more than 3 to 4 percent. After debating, he agreed to charge no credit card fee. They got to the house fast and got the job done quickly. The credit card fee rubbed me the wrong way. Be prepared to negotiate with this company."

"I cannot rave enough about these guys. We were at a concert at Riverbend and my BF lost the keyfob. I called AAA but they would not tow us back to Lexington KY with all 4 of us in the tow truck. So, I called a locksmith. It was well after business hrs. Let me tell you Noam went above and beyond for us. The venue would not let him in. He parked at the casino and walked at least half a mile into the lot to help us. He was able to get into the car, but unfortunately did not have the right part for our car fob. This man spent 3 hrs with us trying his best. Once the venue cleared out he walked back to his car and came back with water and snacks for us. When I said I was going to stay with the car since AAA is in my name, he made it clear he was not comfortable with me staying alone in a desolate parking lot at 1 am while my BF and our friend and her daughter Ubered home to Lexington, KY. I called AAA back and explained that the area was unsafe for a woman to be alone at night and they let my BF stay instead. But I would not have known i could even call AAA and tell them that if he had not intervened. And, he hooked us up with his associate in Lexington, KY who came out the next morning after the car had been towed home and fixed our keyfob issue a lot cheaper than Toyota quoted me. This was one of the worst nights of my life, but Noam and BNL Locksmith saved my day. And after all the work Noam did and time he spent with us, he only charged me the $30 onsite fee. I expected to pay more. Hell, I would have paid more to compensate him fairly for his time, but he insisted only $30. As a woman it can be tough in these situations to trust strangers. But Noam was nothing but nice, honest and personable. highly reccomend."

"I would break my car windows to get in before I call BNL for a lockout. Told me it was $30 over the phone then jumped to $175 when they arrived. They dropped down to $89 if I paid cash. They opened my car while I went inside to get cash. Then held my keys until I paid. I was in a bind and short on time or I wouldn’t have paid that. Don’t use this company."

"DO NO USE THIS BUSINESS. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any merchant. I needed him to come to my car in a hurry to reprogram my car fob and program a new one. He initially said it would be forty minutes. He actually took 3 hours to get to me, no apology, nothing. He quoted me a price for the work, but when he was finished, he wanted more than the quote, saying I had misunderstood. He had both my car fobs and wouldn't give them to me until I paid the amount he wanted--cash only. What he does is see how desperate you are for his service and charge as much as he can. There are no set prices. I reported them to the Ohio Attorney General's consumer complaints division, but I never got my money back. STAY AWAY."
