"Used curbside pick up service. Let them know I was on my way through the app. Let them know I arrived. Waited 15 minutes nothing. Called customer service waited another 10 minute nothing. Called again spoke to manager took another 5 minutes before they came out. Curbside service took a total of 30 minutes. Basically you're checking out when using curbside, so it took 30 minutes to check out. This whole time I saw at least 10 employees coming in and out getting carts. I guess that's more important than my $400.00 purchase. Total breakdown at the Colerain location."

"Was there for electrical supplies. Struggled to find what I wanted. I'm not 100% on this next statement, but it seems to me that HD has less electrical components that Lowe's. I could be wrong, maybe it's that HD has their stuff spread across multiple aisles and Lowe's electrical is pretty much just in one aisle. I don't know, that's just how it felt. Take it with a grain of salt."

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a bustling crowd of eager gardeners who were busily browsing the shelves for their favorite tools and supplies. After grabbing a cart, I took a stroll around the store to take in the sights and sounds of this community hub. The Gardening section of Home Depot was an outdoor wonderland that catered to the needs of novice and expert gardeners alike. The shelves were stocked with an impressive selection of gardening essentials, ranging from soil and fertilizers to bricks and more. The store had pots filled with a variety of annual and perennial plants, each looking more beautiful than the last. The stacks of soil and mulch around the store added to the earthy ambiance of the Gardening section. As I meandered through the store, I couldn't help but notice the slight disarray of the soil and mulch bags that had split open on top, likely due to the outdoor exposure. Nevertheless, the store was impressively clean and well-maintained, which added to the pleasant shopping experience. At the cashier, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who made the payment process quick and effortless. I noticed that the majority of the shoppers were older people. Perhaps it was that time of year when the gardening bug bites, and these seasoned green thumbs were out in full force to stock up on supplies and get their gardens ready for the season ahead. Overall, I was impressed by the Gardening section of Home Depot. While the store may not have the widest variety of plants and tools, it offers convenience and accessibility, which makes it an ideal destination for gardening enthusiasts in a hurry. It's a standard Home Depot, but it's all I need."

"Home Depot is my quick "go to" for the majority of my remodeling projects. Through many yrs I've become so familiar with the products & the items where their placed that my "TIME" spent finding and item is just as important as the item Itself. Yes, I wish they had more staff, but I Can say that most of there employees are friendly, helpful and are willing to answer questions & assist buyers to their best ability."
