"After 25 years of service, my GE washer needed some TLC. Instead of calling upon a repairman, I decided to do the work myself. I replaced a coupler, a tub mounting bolt, and a tub mounting plate. Repair Parts Warehouse had all the parts and tool necessary to do the repair correctly and I still have BOTH my arms and legs. I compared prices to online competitors and RPW was a great price and close by."
"Service at the desk was horrible, the worst in a long time. I got the part at the desk and asked if I could open it first to confirm, a rude No was the reply. I bought the part opened at the desk and then returned it because it was wrong. She was perturbed. I told her I would prayer for her because something was wrong with her. I went to the office and ordered on amazon and saved 20.00. Washer fixed. The lady with the very long eyelashes with give you something to remember. RUDENESS!"
