"I took my wife's winter coat in to have the zipper pull replaced. They did a great job and the new zipper works wonderfully. It took a week to get done and my only complaint would be that they did not do a good job setting expectations as to how long it would take."

"After looking thru reviews that seemed good, I took my LV purse in the have one of strap loops replaced. They said it wouldn’t be a problem to fix. They replaced both loops, which I did not ask for and this is the result. Absolutely horrible. The leather is not cut straight, the stitching isn’t straight, the strap loops are not in the same place and the stitched thru the lining of the purse. Would not recommend for any purse repair. Now I have to find and pay for another repair."

"Came to location 2 see about getting 2 pair of boots repaired(1 black pair and 1 camel pair). Asked if they could be done in 2 days. The short guy took the 1 of the camel boots and open up the front boot(which was only about 20% opened before). He took the boot back to the taller one in the back and asked him about the repairs. I heard the guy say "the black pair tomorrow but the camel pair more time because how far it's opened. Well of course I'm like wait a minute your guy just made the shoe worse. Then short guy starts yelling like "I knew you were going to say that." Then the taller comes from the back trying to explain what needs to be done put he's yelling as well. So I calmly told them to please refrain from yelling at me. The short guy said "We are not yelling that's how we talked." Ummm no sir you all were just talking in a different tone at first. The taller one said "We just trying to tell you but you're not listening." Like come on now that's not how you get your point across if someone is asking a question. I told them I hope this conversation is being recorded so they can see how horrible their customer service was towards me. I told them that I no longer wanted their service. As I took my boots and walked out the door 1 of them yelled "We don't need your business." Really? Now how professional is that? Smh"

The owner is also highly ethical and very entertaining! I am such a loyal customer that I go out of my way to take my items to his store although there is another shop across the street from my business.
