"They are only getting this 1 star because I had to give them something to leave this. This company is absolutely disgusting, I was moving from our rental unit we had until NOON on 9/4/2024 per their agreement! I left to take some belongings to storage. When I return at 11:37am these ppl already had everything i had left in a dumpster even though I had 23 min left to get it myself. I tell them I need my things and even tell them my family members ashes were in that stuff, all of my child's clothing and a few other things! These ppl told me "that sucks for you huh" when I explained the ashes were in there. Apparently this company is to dense to know or understand how ILLEGAL it is to dispose of a person's ashes with out permission! So now I will be filling in lawsuit in court against them for all of this. They even admitted to the police they seen the box the ashes were in but still refused to let me retrieve them! So I will be getting footage of the officers body cam like he suggested I do and take it to court! I really hope your company and employees feel great about throwing out a persons dead family member! JUST TRASH!"

"Please please please avoid if you can. Myranda doesn't respond to emails when it's not convenient for her, she is trashy and unprofessional. Sketchy landlords that aren't licensed, we got a letter sent to our address ordering the landlord to take his for rent sign down as he does not have licensure to rent. Landlord came to do an inspection and brought his girlfriend, not sure why a stranger was apart of it. Had some wall damage due to a poorly installed shelf by the landlord, reported it to them and they never came out to fix it (but it was deducted from our deposit). Took us weeks of pestering to get our deposit back, which is unfortunate as we liked our property manager."

"I would strongly recommend going through a different company. When my lease is up I will not renew. We have 1 wall air conditioning unit for the entire house. It’s 88 degrees in our basement and 82 degrees in our 2 month olds bedroom. They have not answered in 2 weeks. Windows go side to side so can’t just go buy an air conditioner and the basement has no windows to put one in. I have even reached out to the landlord personally and he tried to contact them. Never again! They can’t even keep the address’ correct. This company is a joke!"

"I was interested in viewing an apartment, so I scheduled a showing. I was asked to reschedule it twice in a row, so attempted to call and ask what the issue was. I was told I would be transferred to the correct department, but instead was sent to leave a voice-mail. Now after reading other reviews, I can see that this is a slumlord company, and I'm glad I didn't end up living in one of their units."

"Terrible property management. I first moved in, all the windows were broken letting cold air in and the front door lock was broken. I could not lock my front door and had open/broken windows for the first 3 weeks at their property. Myranda could NOT be bothered. Nothing works on the property. Building washer and dryer never worked in 3 years. Electric bill was $400 a month for 500 sqft apartment. Not management's problem! Management does not have any kind of self respect and they do not take pride in their work. I moved out in March and they keep trying to charge me for April, saying I'm late on rent when I no longer live there. Honestly baffling that people choose to wake up and live this way but you do you, Myranda."
