"Never been there"
"I have lived in a Thiemann building a little over 3 years and I only stay because the rent is low and I really don't want to go thru the hassle of moving. I haven't had hot water in my kitchen since I moved in. I finally gave up and just deal with frozen fingers using cold water for dishes. There were no bed bugs in my apt when I moved in but I have had to replace my living room furniture twice because I discovered the bugs coming out from the baseboards and the trim around the ceiling! OMG I don't do bugs and I spent 2 days freaking out and caulking up every thing. It worked but all I could get out of the mgr. was" oh well we have been spraying" . Yeah and they ran right over here. I have had a huge water stain with the ceiling plaster falling down for months now. What really upsets me is that my mother lives in a senior bldg Thiemann also owns and her place is near and clean and the grass is actually green and they fix things there. What s up with that? Isn't my rent money just as green as theirs?"
"Landlord will never answer his phone and he will never get things done and the whole building has bed bugs"
"I did walk through of the apartment one month prior to moving in, was reassured that the red (stained black) torn (Ohio Revised Code 5321.04 section 3 violation) carpet, would be fixed prior to my moving in. At the time of my eviction (7 months later) carpet was still in violation. Gave a list of 11 to 12 items, 2 days after I moved in, that needed to be fixed due to more Ohio Revised Code violations. 3 were completed. Went to to the Veterans Services Commission of Hamilton County for rental assistance due to losing my job, kept the landlord informed about the process. Received my eviction notice shortly thereafter. Cool deal, I've been a homeless veteran before."
