"Worst customer service and communication experience ever!! I think they just want the application money because after you pay that they never seem to answer the phone show you the unit or call back. Then asked me to pay a 1200 deposit for something I’ve never seen, no thanks! And that’s coming from someone who’s been living in their car for 3 months. I’ll dispute charge with my back to get my money back. 0 starts!!"

"Blue Vista Realty LLC is a horrible apartment building and management company they showed me apartments that had on Reading Road and on Montgomery Rd. Both of them were run down with bed bugs other bugs flying around their apartment buildings. They don't return your calls they're ridiculous the way they act I am so disappointed in them and it is an awful environment to rent"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. Property infested with bed bugs and ants. Air conditioning unit was so old it would not even cool the living room down. Left me without electric for over 24 hours after fuse blew (old fuse box, couldn’t just switch it back on). Did absolutely nothing about conflict other tenants were causing. Horrible at communicating, Anna just hangs up while you are still speaking to her. Offered me money to move out before my move out date, paid for my own uhaul and got everything out and they didn’t compensate so don’t let them do that to you, they even sent me an agreement and still didn’t follow through. Bad company, believe the reviews, renting from them is not worth the stress. Find something else to rent."

"Phew I don’t even know where to start with these people. They took over my building last year and they are PURE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I’ve been going through so much with these people that it has given me anxiety. They are charging me these RIDICULOUS amounts of money RANDOMLY! They are charging me for trash that I DIDNT place there and they are charging me $550 they tried to have charge me $95 to fix my toilet seat and I told them I’m not doing that and they tried to force me to pay that until I realized I don’t even have a lease with them and I never did cause they took over my building. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THEM!!!!! They aren’t NOT worth the stress. I am working on putting them on the news. Cause they have to be stopped, none of theirs comments are good all are BAD! If we came together we can get them shutdown because we shouldn’t have to go through this. They are MONEY HUNGRY!!!!!!!! I don’t have no extra $550 for some trash I didn’t place there! I am a single parent. These people really have to be stopped. They are doing something similar to my neighbor and changing her $400 for something she didn’t ask for."
