"I took two inexpensive watches to this shop for repair. The first one they broke within 5 minutes of handling it. I laughed it off because it was inexpensive and easily replaced. They second watch just needed a new battery, but they told me they were going to keep it and call me when it was ready. It’s been almost 3 weeks now and these people are ghosting me. Won’t return my phone calls. Stopped by the shop during regular business hours and no one is there. I just want my watch back even if it’s not fixed. I am so glad I didn’t take an heirloom pocket watch that my father gifted to me to this shop. I will definitely give my watch business to someone else in the future. I do not recommend this shop at all."
