CVS Pharmacy

"I wish there was something will "NO STAR" but it wouldn't allow me to add this review. The pharmacist was not interested in checking if our insurance covered the medication said that they are "busy and backed up". She checked when we insisted and gave us amount X. We had a prescription from the doctor and were told to come after 2 hours. When we went in to pick up after 2 hours it wasn't ready and told to wait another 10-15 mins. After that she quoted amount Y (way higher than what was originally shared). When we questioned the earlier pharmacist didn't bother to come forward and clarify and the other one attending us goes like "do you want the medicine or not we have 100s of customers to attend to". This is worst pharmacy we have ever visited and never going back again!"

"The inside of the store and the customer service is fine and friendly. The exterior of the store looks like the place hasn't been maintained in years. The entry doors are very dirty and could be repainted since this is a place every customer sees. The landscaping/weed control is horrible, why hasn't this been addressed? I've places that are out of business look better than this. From the sign area on Main street to the same area on Montgomery Rd, and the entry area."

"Montgomery CVS exhibited the ultimate in customer service by directing me on how to obtain an emergency prescription order when my lifelong pharmacy denied my request and didn’t offer a solution. I was so impressed by CVS’ care and concern that I am transferring all my prescriptions to CVS."

"This location is the best of the 3 CVS I’ve used in the last couple years. Always very fast at filling prescriptions and very helpful if I’ve had any issues or questions."

"Waited at the pharmacy for an hour and 20 minutes for a scheduled appt. The only reason I stayed that long was because they took my insurance card and asked me to pull into the parking lot to wait. Nobody ever came back out. I called but nobody answered. I had to wait in line again just to get my card back. I never got the service I requested because their system was messed up."
