Kroger Pharmacy

"Rarely have all prescriptions ready and will say they're out of something, but then will find it before you leave. Often have to make multiple trips because the medication is in the order delivered but they haven't unpacked it yet. Find a different pharmacy and save yourself the headache."

"Went to the the pharmacy tonight to get new important meds. Came to the window 10 minutes to 6pm. The girl working was obviously annoyed. She the proceeded to tell me they close at 6. OK, it’s not 6 I told her. She got scripts and tried to charge me full amount. I said my insurance had not been applied to my total. She then informed me if I need to to come back tomorrow when she could take my insurance. Great customers service Kroger."

"Roger & Brian went above and beyond for me today. My Doctor prescribed a medicine no longer available. The team was able to come up with a solution. I was a bit anxious & rattled about the change— the two gentlemen were able to help me understand more clearly that it was no issue. Although, always busy, the team is always able to take the time to answer questions. In the world today, an extra few minutes, is really going the extra mile or two! Quick add: this is my old pharmacy from 10+ years ago. I drive an extra 15 minutes to drop off & pick up due to the service I receive here."

"This Kroger is one of the few left of its kind. It is a small store, with many employees who've been there for years. They are very friendly and even the pharmacists get to know you. After work, it is nice to be able to park close to a store, run in and grab a few items, and get through the checkouts quickly."
