"I want the management of the Newtown, OH branch of Jones Fish to know that today 9/9/24 at about 2:45pm the driver of your truck PMC 4023 license was driving recklessly on I-275 from Loveland to Milford exit to Rt. 50 and could have caused a serious accident!! Traffic on 275 was moving at about 78 MPH in the left lane and was congested. Your driver was closely tailgating any car in the left lane that was in front of him. As soon as your driver could get around the car in front of him, he would then speed up over 80 MPH to again tailgate the next driver who was going about 78 MPH. I thought that Jones Fish would want to know because this is an insurance risk for you."

"From my initial call for information through the entire process to delivery I couldn't have been more well taken care of. A friend of mine needed some carp for his pond but neither of us have the experience to understand how to fill the need. I gave JONES a call and Cole initially guided me to understanding how it all works but I didn't have the address yet so he wasn't able to provide an accurate estimate. A week later I'd found the address and Ian took my order with his recommendation on how many it would require and to what size would work best given what is already stocked in the pond. I do have to say there was a slight hiccup with our billing arrangement but their finance team stepped in and made it a team effort to find a resolution that was mutually beneficial. Nathan showed up with the order on time and proved his worth by doing a fantastic job handling the delivery with care. It's a rare pleasure these days to leave a glowing review of services and I'm very thankful for your time and effort for everyone involved! Have a great independence day you've earned it!"
