"If your kid has allergies, they’ll follow protocols if a reaction happens but there will be no apology and they’ll blame you for it. They provided a menu for me to highlight things he couldn’t have, but half the items weren’t in the stockroom when I went to verify so I had to “guess.” The second month’s menu I missed two items out of 60+ meals. I had a toddler pulling at me and crying so I was going through it quickly. Nonetheless, they were aware of, had paperwork on file, AND had an epi on hand. They ran out of pears or peaches and subbed with cheese puffs. My two-year old had alternative snacks on hand that we provided. They didn’t call or double check if CHEESE puffs were ok, they were on the calendar for a later date in the month and weren’t in the stockroom when I was able to see it to verify the items served. He had a reaction, I was called. I went to pick him up. There was no apology but rather blamed me for not highlighting two items (one was a nutrigrain bar, one was cheese puffs). One of the staff and the administrator both said “I don’t know how this happened.” Use common sense and courtesy for serious and potentially life threatening allergies. Call first or don’t give it to the child at all if there’s any question whatsoever. I’m willing to bet it’s happened there before and will likely happen again."
"Literally could not ask for a better daycare. I’m a first time Mom & my Husband and I work full time. All About Kids Oak Hills has made the daycare experience an incredible one. The staff is unbelievable, they literally treat us and our son like we’ve known them for years. I brag about our daycare constantly because we are just so lucky to have them."
"It took us over 3 years to get pregnant with our baby girl and to say that I was hesitant about someone else caring for her is an understatement. She has been here for 4 months so far and I am beyond pleased with the care for my child here. We are greeted every morning with a smile and she is taken care of extremely well by the women in the rooms. They respect my schedule and what I want for our daughter. They listen when I have any concerns or changes I want and do them immediately. The director Keli is hands on as well. I feel lucky that we have a spot here for our girl to grow up and be loved and cared for. I can’t rave about them enough. I also appreciate being able to watch our baby on the cameras and staying up to date with her feedings, sleep and diapers on the app as well! We love AAK!!"
"It hurts my heart to leave this review because the teachers at All About Kids-Oak Hills (AAK) are fantastic. They are truly all about kids and treated my boys with nothing less than the best of care. To lose them is the saddest part of this whole experience. It’s a shame, then, that the administration at AAK failed to deliver on what it’s very name promises. In the childcare business, to be all about kids also means to be all about their families. In my experience, AAK was unable (or unwilling) to deliver on this consistently. A company that is all about kids and their families wouldn’t openly question a mom or dad’s parenting right in front of their child. They wouldn't criticize a parent and suggest they are more interested in running errands then ensuring the well being of their child. They certainly wouldn’t terminate a family with two little boys from their contract with 24 hours notice without a second thought then decline to have conversation about it. Make no mistake, the stars from this review belong to the stellar teachers. It’s a shame the folks making the big decisions can’t provide the same standard of care."
"Pretty terrible daycare. In the newborn room they wear their outside shoes and walk on the mats and toys that the babies put in their mouths. They don’t wash the kids hands before or after eating. And they waited until every classroom was shut down due to covid before they even contacted the parents of the last room. Meanwhile they were sending us emails on how they would not wear mask and would still charge 50% of the weekly charge even if your classroom was closed. They didn’t notify my classroom that the rest of the center had covid until they had to shut down the entire daycare. Complete disregard for the kids health and lack of communication and transparency with the parents."
